Synopses & Reviews
Breakfast has long been regarded as the most important meal of the day and yet many of us still either skip it or pick up a sugary, processed option with our latte on the way to work.
Showing how easy and versatile breakfast can be, David ensures every bowl is a feast for the eyes and as pure and simple as possible. He uses two fruits or vegetables, plus a combination of a cereal, a protein, a liquid like yogurt or milk, and perhaps an extra topping such as fresh herbs.
Clearly marked as vegetarian, vegan, raw, omnivore or pescatarian each recipe can also be adapted to suit different diets with hints and tips throughout.
Motivated by his friend’s illness to research nutrition and better lifestyle, David’s energetic discovery of the tastiest, seasonal combinations has meant he feels better than ever before. Now you too can reap the benefits by taking his daily journey of breakfast–and lunch—with him.
