About the Author
David Schiff is an editorial project manager, writer and editor with extensive experience in the areas of home improvement, construction and woodworking. He has worked an an editorial director at Creative Homeowner Press and The Readers Digest. Most recently he was editor in charge of books and special publications at Consumer Reports. David has also worked as a carpenter and as a newspaper reporter.
