Robert J. Fletcher, DSW, ACSW, is the CEO of the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed. He lives in Kingston, New York. Earl Loschen, MD, is a professor emeritus of psychiatry at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. Chrissoula Stavrakaki, MD, PhD, is a professor of psychiatry at the University of Ottawa in Ontario. Michael First, MD, is a professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University in New York. He lives in New York City.
