Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Kreditinstitut sind Kundenberater in der Verantwortung, die Kundenerwartungen mit den Erwartungen des Kreditinstitutes an eine ertragreiche Kundenverbindung in bereinstimmung zu bringen. In ihrer Rolle als Berater eines Kreditinstituts soll es ihnen gelingen, die unterschiedlichen Erwartungen, Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse, welche aus unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen der ihnen zugeteilten Kunden resultieren, zu erkennen, zu bewerten und daraus abgeleitet erfolgreiche L sungen f r den Kunden und die Bank zu erarbeiten und zu verkaufen. Dem Modell der dynamischen kundenzentrierten Beraterzuordnung folgend, wird den segmentierten Kunden gezielt ein Berater zugeordnet, welcher der Lebenssituation der Kunden n herungsweise entspricht. Die soziale Passung zwischen Kunde und Berater kann dabei aufgrund sozialer hnlichkeit erh ht werden, der schnellere und intensivere Aufbau der Kunden-Berater-Beziehung ist m glich. Insbesondere bei verm genden und bei Privat-Banking-Kunden ist anzunehmen, dass die Kunden-Berater-Passung ausschlaggebend f r die Kundenbeziehung, die Kundenzufriedenheit und die Kundenbindung ist.
