Connie Jo Smith holds a doctoral degree in instructional technology and distance education. She is the early childhood education specialist for training and technical assistance services at Western Kentucky University, and is also on the faculty for the university's Consumer and Family Sciences Department. Charlotte M. Hendricks has a doctoral degree in health and safety. She is president of Healthy Childcare Consultants, Inc, and develops resources and training progarms for childcare providers and parents. She also maintains the web site childhealthonline.org Becky S. Bennett has a doctoral degree in instructional technology and distance education and a master's degree in counselor education. She is the director of the career services center at Western Kentucky University.
