About the Author
Annie Falk learned to cook from the legendary chef Roger Vergandeacute; at Le Moulin de Mougins in Provence. The author of
Palm Beach Entertaining, she resides in Palm Beach and New York.
Eric Ripert is the chef and co-owner of the celebrated restaurant Le Bernardin in New York City. A Hamptons regular, he is the author of four cookbooks and host of the award-winning PBS series Avec Eric.
