En route to an impromptu meeting with an old contact from her days in the Israeli Secret Service, Daria gets an unexpected and anonymous tipoff that she's about to walk into an ambush. DANA HAYNES spent more than twenty years as a journalist and editor at several newspapers in Oregon before working as the Public Affairs Manager for Portland Community College. He is the author of the acclaimed thrillers Crashers, Breaking Point, Ice Cold Kill, and Gun Metal Heart. He lives in Portland, Oregon, and is the communications director for the citys mayor.
