About the Author
ROLAND BERGER is the founder and Chairman of the international strategy consulting firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, which he established in Munich, Germany. Berger is also the founder of the Roland Berger Foundation for Human Dignity. Furthermore, Roland Berger serves as a member of the Board of Directors of INSEAD. He is also a member of the supervisory board of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare company Fresenius SE. SOUMITRA DUTTA is the Roland Berger Professor of Business and Technology and Dean for Executive Education at INSEAD. His research and consulting have focused on the interrelationships among innovation, technology, and organizational design. He has also conducted research into national ICT strategies and global ICT benchmarking in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. A fellow of the World Economic Forum, he has won several awards for research and pedagogy. His research has been showcased in prominent international media and he has taught in and consulted with leading international corporations.
TOBIAS RAFFEL is Academic Affairs Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Berlin, Germany. He graduated from London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a Ph.D. from Potsdam University, Germany.
