About the Author
Edward M. Griffin is a professor of English at the University of Minnesota, and has also taught as a visiting professor at the University of San Francisco. His publications include Old Brick: Charles Chauncy of Boston, 1705-1787, as well as articles in Early American Literature and Twentieth-Century Literature.
