Learn from Yesterday, Live for Today, Hope for Tomorrow contains a series of reprinted blog articles about happiness, motivation, and stress relief. The topics are in no particular order. This makes it easy to thumb through the book and find an entry that catches the reader’s eye.
The overall theme of the book is to enjoy life while living in the moment. Let go of the past and focus on the present. Laugh a little more and think about the things you have rather than the things you don’t. Recognize the importance of restful sleep, proper nutrition, and regular exercise. Figure out what you want from life and work towards that step by step.
