Synopses & Reviews
A romantic comedy about star-crossed lovers from opposite sides of the living and ethereal worlds.
The Nightmare Before Christmas meets
The O.C.
Finney isn't like most kids his age, especially the ones at Mephisto Middle School. For starters, his entire family are ghosts and he's the only one that's still flesh and blood. He also has the uncanny ability to escape death (much to his mother's disappointment, as she would like nothing more than her son to be like the rest of his family). When Finney falls in love with a girl who also happens to be a ghost, he decides to stop at nothing to win her heart, even if that means his own death.
My Dead Girlfriend is a playful reflection on the tribulations of adolescence set in a place where the inhabitants are scarier than the horrors of school, dating, and puberty.
Synopsis
Finney Bleak literally lives in a world of horror as his family members are ghosts, his classmates at Mephisto Prep are monsters, and the new girl that he grows fond of is dead.
