Staff Pick
This surprisingly complex comic series may look like it's just about robots blowing each other up, but it has so much more to offer. Gender issues, forgiveness, redemption, the nature of love and friendship, and how those relationships can evolve, are all fair game in More Than Meets the Eye. The series remains light enough to be fun, but not so slight as to diminish the impact of the stories that James Roberts is trying to tell.
Betrayed by the rest of the Lost Light crew, Megatron, Rodimus, Nautica, Chromedome, Rewind, and several others have been trapped on the Necrobot’s Planet, where the ruthless Decipticon Justice Division lies in wait for them. Not everyone is going to make it out of this one alive, and no one is going to be the same when it’s over. Recommended By Matt S., Powells.com
