This is a perfect book to read on dark and stormy nights when you probably aren't going to be sleeping anyway. Old Uncle Montague loves to sip tea and regale his lonely nephew with tales of children who have crossed paths with terror. Each story is enthralling and unsettling, but nephew Edgar can't seem hear enough. This is a an easy read, but the stories are too intense for youngsters.
