I have just ordered my second iteration of this bottle. I love my first one, as it is still in use and legible after ten years. When I came on the site to find it so I could find a purchase link to send to a friend, I noticed that the canon had been updated to a more inclusive version. The change has been a long time coming in literary academia (I am part of a comparative lit department), and I think this bottle is a good way to propagate the change. Good job Powell‘s!

I purchased mine in 2004 and it cracked in 2018. Many hikes and walks. Great conversation starter! Miss the run down of Authors: Tolstoy Bronte Dickens Austen Faulkner Steinbeck Hemingway Morrison

I absolutely love, love this bottle. I picked up this quaint little thang while visiting Portland. It is not only LIT as heck (yes, pun intended) but incredibly sturdy, I can't recall how many times I dropped it and it remained intact. It always kept me well hydrated with the amount of water it can contain and at the same time, it gave me a thirst for knowledge. Alas, my heart broke when it got stolen at school. I was crestfallen. :(

I love this water bottle! Sure, its size is not the most convenient one (it doesn't fit in my car's cup holder or on my treadmill), but it's just too beautiful. My favorite bottle so far.
