Geez, I've already forgotten most of that stuff. I'm pretty sure I just hit "Eject" after Inauguration Day, and out it went.

"I'm pretty sure that's a typo, and they meant shot in the head." I think they are reserving THAT phrase for when our former vice-president comes out with his book - tentatively titled, "Huntin' With Friends"
