It is a subtle story that is well written. I think it will be a much under appreciated book due to the fact that it doesn't conform with most readers choice of books, but it is a solid story from a wonderfully worded author.

You The Owners Manual an Insiders Guide to the Body

Great book for an overall understanding of you & your body and what to do to keep that body running like it should. I gave it a four because the anecdotes can get a little old and the fact that it was written on a 5th grade level. However, it is the only book of it's kind I've read that covers so much w/out the painstaking details that make you fall asleep.
