Synopses & Reviews
Weandrsquo;ve all had one of those days: you sleep through the three alarms youandrsquo;ve set, you put your shirt on inside out, you burn your mouth on your coffee, and itandrsquo;s only 9 a.m.!
Daily Dishonesty pays homage to the little lies we tell ourselves just to make it through the day. Based on author Lauren Homandrsquo;s work from the blog of the same title, the book features a colorful collection of 150+ funny lies, beautifully illustrated by Hom. Covering topics such as diets, breakups, friendship, growing up, slacking off, guilty pleasures, and more, these hand-lettered, sassy mantras are both relatable and tongue-in-cheek.
Daily Dishonesty is a stylish and chic feel-good gift book that reveals, plays with, and makes light of lifeandrsquo;s little quirks.and#160;

Synopsis
11,002 Things to Be Miserable About is a list of all the reasons NOT to wake up in the morning. Ironically enough, when you put all of them under one cover, its actually very funny. This decidedly absurd inventory of misery is perfect for sardonic and disaffected youth, for people seeking gifts for Traumatic Event Birthdays (like 21, 25, 30, 40, and, well, anything after 40), and for anyone else with an offbeat sense of humor. Enjoy.
Some of the entries are pretty basic, like imitation crabmeat, student loans, and David Hasselhoff, but other entries actually include educational things, like: Dust mites, which make up one-third of the weight of a six-year-old pillow. See, you can laugh and learn.
