About the Author
With over 30 books to her name, Penny Warner is a leading expert in parenting and childcare. Her recent titles include Toilet Training without Tears or Trauma and 365 Baby Care Tips. She has a master’s degree in special education and teaches child development courses at Diablo Valley College in San Ramon, California. Dr. Paula Kelly is a pediatrician who lives in Mendota heights, MN, recently honored by her peers as one of the best pediatricians in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
