Chef Susan Irby (Orange County, CA) trained under Master Chefs in Florence, Italy and Bourgogne, France. As a chef, sheas worked with Master Chef George McNeill, Chef Todd English, Chef Ming Tsai, Chef Celestino Drago, and Chef Sherry Yard. Sheas cooked for Patrick Swayze, Baby Face Edmonds, David Spade, Kate Sagal, James Garner, Dennis Cole, and Bill Handel. She teaches cooking classes for such clients as Gelsonas, Whole Foods, Sur La Table, Luguna Culinary Arts, Chefs, Inc., Women Chefs & Restaurateurs, YPO and WPO, Bloomingdales, and the LA Unified School District.
