The chairman. Are you aware of any personal holdings, invest ments or interests that could constitute a conflict of interest or create the appearance of such a conflict should you be confirmed and assume the office to which you have been nominated by the President?
Mr. Allday. Only those that are reflected in the filings and the forms that have been submitted with respect to my Situation, all of which will be removed upon confirmation.
Mr. Gallegos. Mr. Chairman, I know of no others than those as indicated in the documents that I submitted to the committee.
