Associate Medical Editor David A. Horowitz, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and the Associate Director of Program Development in the Department of Health and Disease Management, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Consultant Editor Gregory Tino, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and Director of Pulmonary Outpatient Practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
