About the Author
ROBERTA LARSON DUYFF, MS, RD, FADA, CFCS, is a registered dietitian, Fellow of the American Dietetic Association, and nationally recognized food and nutrition expert on healthy eating. She is the author of The American Dietetic Association Monthly Nutrition Companion, Food Folklore, and books on healthy eating for children and teens. Her work has appeared in USA Today, Living Fit, Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, and Ladies Home Journal, and on several Web sites, including WebMD. Duyff serves as contributing editor to Todays Health and Wellness.
