A really thorough biography on one of the greatest American scientists. It really goes into detail on Oppenheimer, though it could be better explaining a little more science that he discovered along with relationships with his family. Those details are rather sparse and it would not only reveal more of his brilliance but humanize him.

A very important and extremely well-written book covering the development of the A-bomb and Oppenheimer's fall during the time of McCarthy.
