About the Author
Daphne Ledward is a prolific writer and broadcaster on all aspects of gardening. She started her own gardening career with BBC Radio Lincolnshire and has been a regular panellist on BBC Radio 4's Gardeners' Question Time and Classic FM's Gardening Forum for 18 months. She has also appeared on television programs such as Gardeners' Direct Line (BBC1), By Day (Sky 1), Homes and Gardens Livetime (Granada Breeze), Grass Roots (Meridian) and How Does Your Garden Grow? (UK Style / BBC2), and was the gardening expert on Radio 2's Jimmy Young Show.
