Maria Kernahan is the author of A Is for Aspen and C Is for Chicago, as well as fiction for adults. She is a former copywriter for J. Walter Thompson. She lives in Winnetka, Illinois. Michael Schafbuch is an artist and illustrator who has worked on other books by Dry Climate Studios, including A Is for Aspen and C Is for Chicago. He lives in Seattle.
