About the Author
Susan Wojciechowski, a former childrens librarian, has written numerous books for children. She says that BEANY GOES TO CAMP was inspired by her daughter Marys camp experiences when she was nine or ten. "Mary hated camp and wrote many letters home detailing the reasons why," the author explains. "I kept those letters because they were so funny, and now, after all that time, they still make me laugh."
