Synopsis
Two brothers. Two complicated lives.
After losing their parents at an early age, Tony and Graham's teenage years are understandably tainted with challenges. Joining secondary school is the turning point in Tony's life and when the safe and familiar comfort blanket that is junior school is suddenly snatched from beneath him, he struggles, to say the least. Although surrounded by well-meaning females, a close-knit group of pals, and his elder brother, Graham, who steps up to his father figure (with misguided relish at times) the transition is fierce and takes its toll on Tony.
As he hits those complicated teenage years, he realises he needs to be more independent. Graham struggles with this and before too long their relationship is blighted with conflict. As their characters develop, a series of unforeseen events, littered with the involvement of their wider circle of friends, begin to define their personalities.
Fast forward a few years and Tony is on the run from prison and dealing with the consequences of events (seemingly unconnected) that started to build many years ago. Secrets are about to be revealed and each and every one of their friends will get what's coming to them.
What will happen to the brothers?
Has Tony finally gone too far?
Will he find his way out of this dark place he's now stuck in?
Find out all this and more in this gripping, psychologically mind-blowing story which pushes family loyalties to their limit.
