Mark R. Miller is Chairman and Associate Professor of Industrial Technology at Texas AandM University in Kingsville, Texas. He teaches construction courses for future middle managers in the trade. He is coauthor of several technical books, including McGraw-Hills best- selling prior edition of this one. He lives in Kingsville, Texas.
