About the Author
Rick Rodgers is the author or coauthor of more than twenty books, including The Carefree Cook (Broadway, 2003), Kaffeehaus, and Thanksgiving 101, Christmas 101, and Barbecues 101 (combined, more than 100,000 copies sold). He was also named cooking teacher of the year by Bon Appétit and is a frequent guest chef on radio and television. Rodgers lives in New Jersey.
