About the Author
Christian Teubner, who is the publisher and photographer for this book, trained as a chef and later became a master pastry chef. His interest in photography developed with his interest in food, and he has become renowned for his still lifes of ingredients and kitchen equipment as well as for his photographs of step-by-step procedures and finished dishes.Mr. Teubner's Pasta Bible won a James Beard Award, and his Chocolate Bible won a Julia Child Cookbook Award.
