About the Author
Born in Brazil, Adriano Rampazzo is a recent graduate of London’s Central Saint Martin’s college. A trained chef Rampazzo entered a graphic cookbook illustrator competition Phaidon ran in 2012 and won with his rendition of Carbonara.
