Synopsis
Second title in Titan Books' Marvel fiction reissue program, featuring the classic Avengers story: Everybody Wants to Rule the World. An explosion set off by the super villain Nitro leads the US government to introduce a law making the registration of all super heroes mandatory. Iron Man and Mr Fantastic are for the legislation; Captain America is against it. Iron Man teams up with super villains to hunt down those heroes who refuse to register and reveal themselves to the public. Super heroes fight each other and cause incredible amounts of damage, and it's only when Captain America realises the extent of the damage done that he unmasks himself and surrenders.
