About the Author
Robert T. Grant, MD, is Acting Chief of the combined Divisions of Plastic Surgery at New York -- Presbyterian Hospital, The University Hospitals of Columbia and Cornell. He is also Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. His expertise is in cosmetic surgery, reconstruction after cancer surgery and trauma, and tissue-engineered approaches to wound healing.
Constance M. Chen, MD, MPH, is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Lenox Hill Hospital and Associate Adjunct Surgeon at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.
