About the Author
JOAN LOWERY holds a master's degree in education and has more than 18 years experience working as a professional communicator both nationally and internationally. She has worked extensively in the health care, financial services, high technology, and broadcasting industries. She is currently a faculty member of the American College of Physician Executives and has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies.
