Synopses & Reviews
Delmar's Standard Guide to Transformers was developed from the best seller Standard Textbook of Electricity with expanded transformer coverage not found in any other text. It goes beyond the traditional theory and design content by including practical applications. This highly illustrated text includes a set of laboratory experiments using standard control transformers and incandescent lamps. These experiments present basic transformer characteristics, polarity, single phase and three phase connections and calculations from a practical, hands-on perspective.
