About the Author
Judy Hindley was brought up in California, the eldest of six children. She received a degree in English from the University of Chicago and later moved to London. After six years as an editor of educational books, she left London, moved to the country, and began a new career as a picture book author. Sine then, she has published such titles as THE BIG RED BUS, THE PERFECT LITTLE MONSTER, and THE BEST THING ABOUT A PUPPY.
Brita Granstrom studied graphic design and illustration at Konstfack, Sweden's National School of Art and Design in Stockholm. When still a student, she worked in Kenya as a medical illustrator for a flying doctor, an experience she says she will never forget. Brita Granstrom now has more than twenty-five children's books published internationally.
