About the Author
Margaret Mahy (1936-2012) wrote more than 200 books for children of all ages and is acknowledged to be one of the outstanding children's writers of the 20th century. In 2006 she was presented with the Hans Christian Andersen Medal, the highest international recognition granted to authors and illustrators of children's books. The author of Dashing Dog and Bubble Trouble, she passed away in 2013. Polly Dunbar started illustrating when she was 16 and has a degree in illustration from the University of Brighton. The illustrator of Measuring Angels, Looking After Louis, and Bubble Trouble, she lives in Brighton, U.K.
