Part travelogue, part memoir, part scientific exploration of the biology of genius, this is the ultimate book for the oughts. Normally memoirs written by somebody with nothing to recommend their writing except for a tangential relationship to a famous or semi-famous person has no interest to me. Normally. On the other hand, such memoirs aren't usually written with Einstein's brain riding shotgun. This is hands down one of my favorite books to read over and over. Those kind of books are rare, and much different from favorite books that are only read once. Read this, buy many copies, and give one to everyone you meet. They will thank you for giving them such an original bit of laughingly fanciful writing to take their minds off whatever else is going on in their lives.

Hi, I found the book very interesting and fun. The one thing that I question was where did most of the Einsteins brain come from? Paterniti said in a interview it came from saskatchewan canada, I was also told he played hockey in canwood saskatchewan,(I live near canwood), but nothing about a brain. The last I read it was in the book with the doctor near the university in the USA. There is a reason why some of Einsteins brain ended up in canwood, it would be from the past. My grand parents are burried in canwood , my grand mother was well off traveling back and forth to the near city PRINCE ALBERT which is named after a german prince who was married to Queen Victoria( who died in 1901 a year before lieserl was born 1902) loved reading also physic which would breakway with lieserls mother). Because of the wars Lieserl would be sent to england because of the queen and prince relation.Einstein would know The city PRINCE ALBERT would be under developed and hidden away.He would play hockey and do math with towns people and burrie his daughter their. Then Einstein would leave part of his brain as a sentimental idea, Also I believe Lieserl had an extra finger, her deformity.( I also found a dinosaur in the bad lands in alberta). This seems to me like there is something wrong , but I know some things about this long question, thats my quess, whats yours?
