Review
"This text is packed with essential, critical information for all helpers. The chapter exercises and case examples are excellent because they promote immediate application of the material discussed. I think the overview of theories is a good addition to a practical text such as this, and I like the author's emphasis on the individual and environment. The chapter summaries are also good."
