About the Author
Laurent de Brunhoff has been illustrating the Babar books since 1946, continuing to bring to life the beloved elephant family created by his father, Jean de Brunhoff. He has produced more than 30 books. He divides his time between Middletown, Connecticut and Key West, Florida.
