About the Author
Richard E. Loyd is a nationally known author and consultant specializing in the National Electrical Code? and the model building codes. He is President of his own firm R & N Associates Inc. located in Perryville Arkansas. He also serves as a code expert at 35 to 40 meetings per year at the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) meetings through out the United States. Mr. Loyd represented the NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) is also a member of the Electrical Inspectors Association and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Electrical Section of the National Fire Protection Association.
