About the Author
REGINA CARLOW, Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico, holds a Bachelors in music, a Master of Music degree from The Catholic University of America, and a PhD from the University of Maryland. She teaches choral methods to music majors and how to teach music in preschools, elementary, and secondary schools. She has been an elementary music specialist and taught in community college.
