About the Author
Kathleen Baird-Murray was most recently the Health and Beauty Director at Tatler (UK). She has also worked as Beauty Editor for Telegraph Magazine, and spent a year at Australian Marie Claire and Elle. Married with two children, she was also featured in Pantene ads when beginning her career as a young model.
