Synopses & Reviews
In Facing 30, two just-turned-thirty authors, victims themselves of a late-twenties freakout, dig around for answers and advice. They interview lots of other women who also came of age in the seventies and eighties, along with older women who have already made it through their thirties, as well as women in later life. Interwoven with the interviews is a wealth of illuminating research about what psychologists have recently started to label late-twenties to early-thirties transition.
