Synopsis
Guided by Gypsy superstition, the wife of an inspector conducts her own investigation into the murder of an 18-year-old girl in 1910 Vienna, deducing that figs found in the girl's stomach hold the key clue, since there are no fresh figs in Vienna that time of year.
