He is the editor of Environmental Politics in the International Arena and coeditor of Controversies in Environmental Policy, both published by SUNY Press. George A. Gonzalez is a lecturer at San Jose State University. Robert O. Vos is a graduate student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Southern California.
