Gaspard the Dog Walker buys a shiny new race-car key chain with the money he earns walking dogs. When his classmates admire his treasure, Gaspard panics thinking that someone will try to steal it and–oh, no!–swallows his new key chain. Suddenly he doesnt feel so well.
Gaspard goes to the hospital, where he meets the friendly doctors and nurses who make him feel better.
