About the Author
Vijay Vad, M.D., is a sports medicine specialist and researcher at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan and the official physician for the PGA golf tour. His Back Rx program will soon be offered by Practice Yoga and the Iyengar Yoga Institute, two of New Yorks leading studios. Also the author of Back Rx (Gotham, 2004) and Arthritis Rx (Gotham, 2005), Dr. Vad lives in New York City.
