Vijay Vad, M.D., is a sports medicine specialist and researcher at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan and the official physician for the PGA golf tour. His Back Rx program is offered by Practice Yoga, one of New Yorks leading studios, and at the Back Rx Spine Care Center in Mumbai, India. Also the author of
