About the Author
Susan P. Meisel grew up in New York and went on to open her own catering business. Today she has longstanding relationships with shopkeepers all over the city. Meisel splits her time between SoHo and the Hamptons, where she photographed her previous books Hamptons Pleasures and The Hamptons: Life Behind the Hedges. Nathalie Sann is a native of Paris, where she taught cooking classes. When she moved to New York, she set out on a mission to discover the best specialty shops here. Today New Yorkers ask her for advice on where to shop for food.
